TOTE BAG PARTY AT CG&GC HAS STARTED! Update #1

Today's the day!  A selvedge tote bag for me!!

Okay, I cheated a little and started my selvedge 'fabric' yesterday.   Wasn't sure how long it would take.  Last minute I added the last selvedge and left it wide to use for a band.  This morning I'm not liking it...think I'll use the selvedge from the 'money' fabric lining!

Just read thru some of the updates...I am going to TRY to place a comment in all the posts today...hope I can keep up!  More later.

    Love the selvages! I don't think it's cheating to prep your "fabric" before hand (ahem..not that I'd ever do that ;0)LOL!!)Seriously though, I did the same with some Lily Pond fabrics I Plan to use today.

    Can't wait to see your finished tote! I'll check back in in a bit.
