TOTE BAG PARTY AT CG&GC

I've decided to join in on the fun over at Charming Guys & Girls this weekend.  They are having a TOTE BAG PARTY!  I have been wanting to make a selvedge tote for some time now.  So this is my chance.



I have a small shoe box of selvedges I've been collecting...a McCalls magazine from October 2009 and some great MONEY fabric for the lining.


There are quite a few tutorials for making a tote bag on the internet...

    Have fun at the party. The designer, Karen Neary, of the Salvage Bag, you are making is from Nova Scotia and I had the opportunity to take a class with her in October. I am certain she will love to see your bag.... and me too!
